BabyM's Photoshoot!

I mentioned in my last post that i shall talk about BabyM's photoshoot =)

Well, my wife and i chanced upon Baby U's store at one of the baby's fair, where they were advertising on their new packages. As i am a freelance photographer myself, i know how important it is to document your baby's journey with photos and i really wanted to capture these moments for her, so that when she grows older, she will be able have these precious moments for keepsake.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Baby U's studio. It was a really nice and cosy studio that was made up of a bungalow. I never though about renting a bungalow to create a studio would be feasible hahahaHA, but really, it was a very nice studio to work with.

Just 3 minutes into the shoot and we thought it was over for us. At the start, BabyM was kinda cranky and cannot be left alone. Thankfully, the staff were really experienced as they played with her and talked to her.

And in no time, BabyM was smiling again! **Of course, my wife helped to cajole her and make her smile as well =)**

So cute right?! =)

Hee~ Looks like she was smiling to herself. I realised that photography for babies (especially) do not require any photoshop or filters, because they are naturally photogenic =)

*wink wink* never see pretty girl before? =X

LoL this photo is DAMN CUTE! BabyM still cannot sit on her own. We used a cushion to prop her up but failed hahah, she still leaned forward. although her neck strength is pretty decent right now, she still isn't able to sit upright yet. Well i guess... that would take awhile to build up.

Yep~ they had a lot of props to choose from.

And this is were it ends hahaAa. I think BabyM did quite a good job considering that she allowed us to take 50 over photos with 3-4 changes in clothes/accessories.

i highly recommend Baby U if any of you out there is planning to have a photoshoot for your baby (its totally worth it!!!).

Mikaela is 2 months++ old! Super #throwback post hahaha

Well, i definitely have a lot of excuses as to why i haven't been blogging religiously for the past 10000 years -___-||| But i must say that being a father has taken a lot of time as our full attention is now on our cute little baby daughter =)

Before Chinese New Year started, we celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck! The food there was absolutely delicious and you would definitely return for more once you have tried their peking duck^^

Before i begin writing my post i can't help it but post a sneak peak of BabyM's photoshoot hee~ (probably my next or... next next... or.... next next next post) LoLx

So cute hor~ HEeHee, will talk more about the photoshoot as well as the company who helped us take these pretty photos on my next post!

So as you can see our little BabyM has changed quite a lot ever since she was first delivered at Mount Alvernia. She can now sit on my lap and her neck is able to support her head to a certain extent. She loves going out to "gai gai" and see stuff, so we try to bring her out as and when we can, and also as and when we are not totally shagged out by her =X

Who won't love the sight of the chef artistically slicing the skin off the duck =D~~

This is the standard skin on the back of the duck which you usually just dip with sugar or sweet sauce and consume it. Its like... a prequel to the main peking duck i guess, but it was so dam awesome!

Enough said.. please just go to Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck and try it yourself! omfg.. its damn good! By the way.. none of my posts are sponsored because.. i'm obviously a nobody in the social media, hence you can always trust that my recommendations are sincere and truthful =)

The other side dishes were damn awesome too!

Its quite funny when i told my wife that i used to not like Ee-fu noodles until i watched the show 赌侠1999, starring Andy Lau as the main lead who is a swindler and milks the crap out of stupid rich man's money. There was a scene where he attended some wedding banquet and ordered Ee-fu noodles and a cup of orange juice.... and that was it... i love Ee-fu noodles now. LoLXxx~~ Yea its lame i know.. but... its..... #truestory hahaHaha

And of course, the grandma who couldn't wait to play with her granddaughter during dinner =)

So okay, this was considered as our first "big scale" outing with baby and it was quite alright actually. It wasn't as scary as we thought and BabyM was rather cooperative too, she didn't make too much of a fuss during dinner and allowed us to finish the entire course including dessert =)

Had to post this photo here because i love it when she hugs her little "chao chao" hee`~

And to up the stakes a bit more, we decided to have our very first bus ride together with BabyM to the newly opened Waterway Point! (by the way, i love this mall because it has almost everything and even IMAX!)

Lol~ Selfie in a bus =)

I was kinda hoping that BabyM would be curious of her surroundings and smiling everywhere, but instead, she slept throughout the journey lolx.

The cute little one finally woke up when we arrived at the Japanese Restaurant. It has been a few weeks... i cleanly forgot the name of the restaurant BUT the food there is really nice. It is just beside Kuriya Japanese Market located at #B1-20.

Woaaaa~! Check out our sumptuous bento set!

Yep and as i mentioned, right beside the restaurant is the Kuriya Japanese Market which sells a lot of assorted sushi, sashimi and Japanese greatness =) And on top of these, they also sell Bento that you can dine in or takeaway! **Punggol residents rejoice**

Their bento is really dope! There are 4 main categories of bento that you can order there and they are broken down into (1) Premium Bento, (2) Regular Bento, (3) Curry Bento and (4) Don.

Okay.. don is not a bento.. but ya its a section in their menu. We have tried the Unagi Premium bento, black pork regular bento, chicken teriyaki regular bento and black pork curry bento. its... DOPE! Freaking awesome! Every single bento is cooked/grilled on the spot! It is definitely not those kinda *i won't mention names* prepared in advance and all their employees need to do it microwave it hot for you kind. These Bento are made on the spot!

Hungry liao... luckily its Chinese New Year now, lots of goodies on my coffee table to snack on later =) F^$K DIET~ at least during Chinese New Year LoLx^^

Wifey also bought me my Nintendo 3DS XL! =D Although i may not have a lot of time to game right now, but its something that i've really wanted and procrastinated for a long time! Thanks darling!

One more selfie of BabyM and me walking around Waterway Point =)

Hee~~ I would love to post about BabyM's photoshoot right now! But i guess that would have to wait till my next post, which should be within this week =)
