Hidden "treasure" at Ang Mo Kio Food Centre!!!

This place was highly recommended by a friend of us (if you saw my previous posts, i mentioned of a friend called Jessie, and... yea... she is a total foodie LoLx). Its at Block 453 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10, there isn't a lof of people who patronise that food centre, because at night, not a lot of stalls are opened. But this particular stall, is NOT TO BE MISSED!

I thought that is was the usual Claypot Rice kinda thing, but i was wrong. Imagine "Sze Cha" but all your dishes are cooked and served on Claypots!!!

We ordered a total of 3 dishes. As much as i would want to rank them in terms of which is more delicious.. i can't.. because they all taste GREAT! This is the Port with "Plum Veg" tsk~ seriously bad at translating chinese food names to english =X

And yes.. as you can see.. there are only 4 precious pieces. But nonetheless, it doesn't make me wanna mark it down, simply because the meat is so so so tender and it is really cooked to perfection! in my opinion, this is probably one of the best 梅菜扣肉 i've eaten so far!

The next dish is fantastic too! Its Asam Stingray! usually we would order the Sambal ones at those seafood hawker centres. But this Asam flavoured, Claypot Stingray is just as good!

Last but not least we had the, 红糟醉鸡. The photo i admit, does not give this particular dish justice. Because it taste really really good. Its not like all bland and soupy as you would expect from the photo. It is flavourful and tasty!

This place is a must go must try!!!!! My wife and I even plans to go back there soon to try out the rest of their dishes! ^^ Must clear their menu!
