I've tried the Albert Street Prawn Noodles before and to be honest, i felt that it wasn't really that fantastic. The soup base isn't exactly the kinda Prawn Noodle Soup that i love. The kind of Prawn Noodle soup base that i love is the 'traditional' kind, the kind that purely uses a ton of prawn heads to make the lovely prawn soup =D~~ without any kinda curry powder or extra ingredient.
Yep~ I am a pretty traditional guy =X
And today, i chanced upon this Prawn Noodle Stall, situated at 325 Paya Lebar Road.
I have other posts that is on queue actually, but my love for prawn noodles just made me have to post this first!
This is a prawn noodle stall that sells the very authentic and traditional method of making the delicious Prawn Noodles!
If you are like me, who is exceptionally greedy when it comes to food~ Then you will love this place! because.. i love Prawn Noodles, i love Prawn Noodles with Pork Ribs and i loveeee Pig's Tail Noodles! Guess what? This place has 3-in-1 !!! All 3 that i've mentioned above in 1 lovely bowl of wonderfully tasting greatness!
=D~~~~ Ta Da~~~ the little bowl of absolute goodness! Everything that i love in one bowl!
Wifey prefers the dry one, while i usually go for the soup =) IMHO, the essence of this dish is in the soup! =)
This is also another 'side-dish' that you can order, along with the prawn noodles^^ Its kinda pricey though, if i don't remember wrongly, this plate cost us easily $25 - $29. But its all good~ Because we are here to enjoy good food ya??? =D

As i always say, a great dessert helps to conclude the hearty meal! We popped by Sogurt at NEX shopping mall to grab ourselves some lovely yogurt! It has been awhile since we patronised Sogurt, nevertheless, it is sooooo soooooooo good!
